Longevity EA, operated from Ghana by Paul Fiifi Mensah, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the customer portal. Contact for all privacy matters: WhatsApp +233 50 132 9886.

When you buy a product: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, mobile money number and network, the product purchased, the amount paid, and the payment transaction reference. We do NOT see or store your mobile money PIN.

When you create a portal account: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).

When you use the EA: your license key, trading account number, broker name, and technical logs (including the IP address of the machine running the EA) generated during license verification.

When you use the Copy Service: your trading account number, broker server, your chosen risk settings, and your MT5 trading password — stored encrypted — solely so our systems can mirror trades to your account. Trade results on your connected account are recorded to display your history in the portal.

Basic technical data when you visit the Site (such as pages viewed and approximate device/browser information) needed to run and secure the Site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To deliver what you bought: verify payment, issue license keys, send the EA and setup manual by email, and grant portal access.

To operate the Copy Service you enabled: connect to your account, execute mirrored trades within your settings, and show you your results.

To verify licenses and prevent fraud, key sharing, and abuse.

To support you: respond to messages on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.

To meet legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and defend legal claims.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We do not send marketing to third parties.

Payment processing: your payment details are handled by our mobile money payment gateway to process the transaction you initiated.

Infrastructure: our database and authentication run on Supabase; the Site is hosted on Vercel; delivery emails are sent through our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data protection commitments, and their servers may be located outside Ghana.

Authorities: only if required by a valid legal demand.

No one else. Your MT5 credentials are never shared with any third party and are used only by our own trade-copying infrastructure.

Purchase and payment records: kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.

License and verification logs: kept for the life of your license to operate license enforcement.

Copy Service credentials: deleted when you disconnect your account and request their removal.

Portal account data: kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. Trading passwords for the Copy Service are stored encrypted. Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

Subject to applicable law (including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)), you may request: a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of data we no longer need to keep; and disconnection/removal of your Copy Service credentials at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp (+233 50 132 9886) from the contact you used at purchase, or email us from your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days.

The Site uses only essential cookies: authentication session cookies for the customer portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on the Site or via the portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
