Longevity EA ("we", "us", "the Company") is a software business operated from Ghana by Paul Fiifi Mensah. We build and license automated trading software ("the EA"), publish trade signals ("TG Signals") and operate an optional trade-copying service ("Copy Service") for the products described on this website ("the Site").

We are NOT a bank, broker, dealer, licensed investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fund. We are not registered with or regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana, the Bank of Ghana, or any other financial regulator in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site, in our software, in our signals, or in any communication from us constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no adviser-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created by your use of our products.

You alone decide whether to trade, what to trade, how much capital to risk, and which broker to use. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on gold (XAUUSD) is highly speculative, involves leverage, and carries a substantial risk of loss. You can lose some, all, or more than the money you deposit with your broker.

The EA is an automated system. Automated systems can and do lose money. They can malfunction, lose connectivity, receive bad price data, behave unexpectedly during extreme market conditions, or execute trades you would not have taken yourself.

Any results shown on this Site — including screenshots, account growth figures, and historical statistics — are historical results achieved under specific conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make NO representation, warranty, or guarantee of profit, win rate, or performance of any kind. Anyone who guarantees you trading profits is deceiving you; we do not.

By purchasing or using any of our products you confirm that you understand these risks, that you are trading only with money you can afford to lose entirely, and that you accept full responsibility for every trading outcome on your account.

EA licenses (Standalone, Prop Firm, Claude AI editions): a one-time, lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the EA on ONE trading account per license. The license fee covers the software only; it does not include a broker account, deposit capital, VPS hosting, or any promise of results.

TG Signals: a subscription to a Telegram channel where we post trade ideas generated by our system. Signals are general information published to all subscribers at the same time; they are not personalized recommendations and we do not know or consider your personal financial situation.

Copy Service: an optional, separately paid service in which trades from our master account are mirrored onto your broker account using credentials you provide. You set and control your own risk parameters in the customer portal, you may disconnect at any time, and you remain the sole owner of your broker account and its funds at all times. We never take custody of your money.

You may not copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or share the EA or your license key with any other person or entity.

You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to discover the source code, strategy logic, or algorithms of the EA, or create derivative works from it.

You may not use the EA on more accounts than your license permits, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent license verification.

Violation of any of these restrictions terminates your license immediately, without refund, and may result in legal action. We actively monitor license usage.

Prices are shown in US dollars with a Ghana cedi equivalent at our stated exchange rate. Payment is accepted via mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and other methods shown at checkout.

Our products are digital goods delivered by email and/or portal access shortly after payment. Because the software, license key, and strategy exposure cannot be "returned", ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable once delivery has occurred, except where required by applicable law.

If you paid and did not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp (+233 50 132 9886) or email and we will deliver it or refund the payment in full.

Copy Service subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the period already started. You may cancel future renewal at any time in the portal.

By connecting an account to the Copy Service you expressly authorize us to place, modify, and close trades on that account via the credentials you provide, within the risk settings you have chosen, until you disconnect.

You are responsible for: maintaining a compatible broker account; ensuring sufficient margin; the accuracy of the credentials and settings you provide; and all fees, swaps, commissions, and taxes arising from trading on your account.

You acknowledge that your results will differ from the master account and from other users due to broker pricing, spreads, slippage, execution speed, account size, and your chosen risk settings.

We may suspend or terminate copying at any time for technical, safety, or compliance reasons. Downtime, missed trades, disconnections, and technical failures can occur and can result in losses; we are not liable for such losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Copy Service is provided for your convenience as a technical mirroring facility. It is not portfolio management and does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of trading, including the risk of total loss of funds. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Longevity EA, its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action arising out of or related to your trading results, your use of the EA, TG Signals, the Copy Service, or the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our products and the Site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims combined exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost capital, or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity EA, its owner, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You are responsible for determining whether purchasing and using our products is lawful in your country and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including broker rules, prop firm rules, and tax obligations. If automated trading, copy trading, or the use of trading signals is restricted where you live, do not purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any product.

The EA, its strategy logic, the Site, and all content on it (text, graphics, logos, images) are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase of a license grants you a right to USE the software as described in Section 3; it does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

We may suspend or terminate your license, signals access, Copy Service, or portal account if you breach these Terms, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, abuse our staff, or use our products unlawfully. Sections 2, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site or our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to the Copy Service terms will be notified via the portal or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

By using this Site, creating a portal account, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, including the risk disclosure in Section 2 and the refund policy in Section 5.
